CCC started its Kolkata City Tree Plantation 2021 today. In the months of August – October 2021, CCC will be planting 1100 trees in Rabindra Sarobar, Subhas Sarobar and 2100 Trees in New Town (verge 18, DC Block, New Town (opposite Tank Number 7 / New Town School))

Species to be planted are: Karanja, Hijal, Jam, Sirish, Awastha, Sita Asok, Neem, Amalthas, Bakul, Jarul. In a vacant space opposite the main gate of Nazrul Mancha.
